Legends of the Fall

Legends of the Fall

Legends of the Fall is produced with truly diehard deer hunters in mind. Featuring six of the previous "Dream Season" and "Bow Madness" hunters who popularized these ground breaking shows — the very shows that defined reality television for hardcore whitetail hunters — "Legends of the Fall" chronicles the high-energy hunts and behind-the-scenes action of a dedicated crew of passionate hunters. While the show spotlights a dynamic variety of adrenaline-pumping whitetail bowhunts across North America, it also offers a mix of other big game adventures. Shot in a format similar to the hit series "24", each episode details the lives of all six "clan" members in their tireless, year-round pursuit of all-things whitetail. From shed hunting and food plot planting to pre-season scouting and the harvesting of giant trophies, "Legends of the Fall" promises to feed viewers’ whitetail addiction. Mike & Bonnie McFerrin Mike and Bonnie McFerrin married in 1994 and reside in Kingwood, Texas with their three children, Christian, MaKenna and Georgia-Kate. Mike, a Texas native, has been an avid archery hunter for over twenty years. He has taken numerous Pope & Young trophy whitetail bucks, including the Texas state record velvet buck that scored 215 3/8 gross and 97 5/8 net. He has hunted all over the country in pursuit of new game and enjoys the challenge of hunting new territory. When Bonnie married Mike in 1994 she knew about his love of the outdoors, but never intended to be a hunter herself. After three years of watching how passionate he was about the sport of hunting she decided to give whitetail deer hunting a try. Now, fifteen years into a marriage and three children later, Bonnie enjoys hunting with both Mike and alone. To date they have filmed four television series, which includes, Dream Season 4 Couples, Bow Madness Season 1, Dream Season 6 — Redemption and Bow Madness Season 2. With over a decade of experience together in the outdoors, and six years of filming and producing their hunting adventures, Mike and Bonnie McFerrin feel that their knowledge in the outdoors combined with their passion and enthusiasm for hunting, provides a unique experience for the viewer and truly believe the best is yet to come.
